Get Out Into Fresh Air

Prevent Sick Building Syndrome. Take lunch breaks and allowable breaks on your job. Do not work through lunch. Even if it is for only 30-minutes, consider this as your personal siesta. Enjoy a healthy meal, read a good book or magazine or do something that you enjoy that is not work-related.

Add Plants to Your Space

Fill your office or home with living plants. During photosynthesis, plants release an abundance of oxygen into the atmosphere to nourish and heal your blood cells at the cellular level.

Add Flavor to Your Water

Sodas and other sugar-sweetened drinks do not count towards your daily water intake because they don't contain the healing properties found in plain water. If you want to begin drinking more water, and want to get past the taste of plain water, there are a variety of ways to add flavor. Add fresh mint leaves or a squeeze or slice of lemon or lime. Enjoy!
